In Development, we’re shifting our focus from application planning and design to production.

Things will move fast as we build out the infrastructure and each feature of the application, work closely with you to test everything, and prepare for launch.

While our developers are busy hitting weekly development goals, our product team is also hard at work developing growth strategies, creating assets and helping you build an audience so that you’re prepared to market your new app the day it launches.

  • Stay nimble to changing requirements and conditions to deliver the right product

Here’s What We Do For You

Set up your Apple and Google app store. We’ll assemble everything you need to publish through those platforms and develop the messaging for your app storefront, according to the App Store Optimizaiton (ASO) plan.

Assist with the app store submission process. As the final step to going live, we will follow Google’s and Apple’s guidelines and assist in navigating the review process.

Implement a customer relationship management (CRM) tool. This will enable us to track prospects and users, as well as monitor and respond to any user issues after launch.

Deploy a build infrastructure, so we can compile and deploy fully automated builds and deployment.

Test each finished feature to discover and mitigate bugs and user functionality issues.

Meet daily to plan sprints, resolve issues and update design and documentation to keep the project running smoothly.

Implement the data/analytics stack laid out in the Analytics Solution Spec. With the data stack operational with real data, we can begin testing after the product launches with confidence that we’re using accurate analytics to plan growth strategies.

Deliver mobile or web builds to testers—including clients—weekly to gain feedback on how the product works and what needs to be improved.

Deliver the “Launch Dashboard” populated with testing data. This Launch Dashboard will track key metrics identified in the Discovery and Design phases (e.g., daily marketing spend, installs, new signups and active users), and will be used to inform marketing decisions up until and after launch.
