For Enterprise CIOs & CTOs

You know AI belongs in your business.
The question is where to start.

We've helped enterprise teams go from 40 AI ideas and one budget to a prioritized roadmap, a working prototype, and a defensible answer for the board.

30 minutes with a founder. No BDRs, no slides.

—— Enterprise AI Engagement Paths

Three ways in. One senior team.

Every enterprise AI journey starts in a different place. Some are prioritizing. Some are diagnosing. Some are already building. Pick the path that fits — we'll meet you there.

PATH A · WHERE SHOULD AI FIT?

"We have 40 AI ideas, one budget, and a board asking when. We need a defensible priority order before we spend."

AI Audit Prototype Sprint or AI-Native Build

Walk away with: a prioritized opportunity map, an ROI model, and a buildable roadmap — plus a gated next-phase plan.

PATH B · WHERE IS THE BUSINESS LEAKING?

"Something's off. Costs are creeping, margins are shrinking, but we can't localize it. We need a diagnostic before we start building."

AI Audit (business diagnostic) Intelligent Automation or AI Agentic Systems

Walk away with: a business-first diagnostic with revenue and cost leak map, prioritized initiatives ranked by impact and effort, and an ROI model — before anyone touches AI.

PATH C · WE'RE ALREADY BUILDING. HELP US MOVE FASTER.

"We have a team and a direction. We need a senior partner who's shipped at this scale before."

AI-Native Development Governance (paired) AI Growth Engine

Walk away with: embedded senior engineering from day one, architecture review and production readiness, and a clear path from prototype to production.

—— Industries we've shipped in

Industries where we've shipped and stayed

We've worked through HIPAA review processes and enterprise procurement gauntlets. We don't learn your process on your dime.

Healthcare

HIPAA-grade clinical AI

2 live · 8 rolling out

Eyebot: Android-tablet vision kiosk, eCommerce + telemedicine, Zenni integration. 2 kiosks live in Boston malls, 8 more across New England. "RFS saved us time, technical debt, and the quality of their work is very high."

Financial Services

Close, forecast, audit — without a 60-hour week

New practice

Pattern (new practice): reconciliation/close, FP&A, fraud detection, AP automation. We're building this practice now — the framework is mature, the case studies are next. Talk to Dan if you want to be the first.

SaaS & Technology

Embedded intelligence, not bolt-on chat

1.3M+ doctors · 150 countries

Sermo: 1.3M+ doctors across 150 countries. Product analytics, churn, customer health and embedded AI inside the product surface itself.

Operations & Logistics

TMS, WMS, carrier APIs — one source of truth

New practice

Pattern: unify TMS/WMS/carrier APIs, parse bills of lading, surface demand and inventory signals, flag exceptions before they become escalations. We're building this practice now — talk to Dan if you want to be the first.

—— How we ship

Built for security review, not against it.

Gate-based delivery, governance baked in, enterprise-grade engineering, and one team from strategy to growth.

Gates

Gate-based delivery your steering committee can follow

Every engagement has explicit gates — scope lock, architecture approval, mid-build review, launch readiness. Each gate ends in a written decision.

Gov

Governance baked in, not bolted on

You get a security review packet on day one — data flow diagrams, model card templates, sub-processor lists — built for regulated environments including HIPAA and GDPR.

Eng

Enterprise-grade engineering, not prototype gloss

Observability, runbooks, on-call rotation, IaC, CI/CD with security gates. The system we ship is the system your platform team can own on day one.

One

Strategy, design, engineering, and growth under one roof

You're not coordinating four agencies. The same team that scoped it builds it, measures it, and operates it.

—— Proof in production

Built for companies that can't afford to ship something fragile.

The engineering team behind brands you've already heard of. 7+ public companies, 60+ products in production.

Yamaha

Yamaha NoteStar

6.97M users

Active users on a music-education product we built and operated. Scale that proves the engineering holds up.

Sermo

Sermo

1.3M doctors

Physician network across 150 countries. Embedded intelligence inside the product surface itself.

Hydrow

Hydrow

$200M+ raised

Live outdoor reality rower — mobile app, real-time metrics, hardware integration. Built in 6 months.

Yankee Candle

Yankee Candle Scent Systems

MITX Award

Connected scent products sold in ~50 countries. Award-winning enterprise consumer-product engineering.

—— Common questions

What enterprise leaders ask first.

Security, data residency, procurement, IP, off-boarding — the questions that come up before any enterprise engagement.

Can you pass our security review (HIPAA, GDPR)?

We've shipped into HIPAA-regulated environments and prepare your security review packet on day one — data flow diagrams, model card templates, vendor questionnaires, sub-processor lists. We deploy into your infrastructure and your compliance framework, not ours.

How does data residency work? Can data stay in our cloud?

Yes. We deploy into your cloud account (AWS, Azure, GCP) by default. Models can run in your VPC, against your KMS keys, with VPC endpoints for any third-party APIs. We do not require data to leave your environment.

What does procurement look like?

We work as a standard professional-services vendor with SOWs scoped to gates. We sign your MSA, NDA, and DPA — we don't push our paper. We've been through enterprise procurement cycles before.

Who owns the IP we ship together?

You do. All work product — code, models, prompts, architecture docs, training data — is yours under standard work-for-hire terms. We retain only general know-how.

What's the off-boarding story when an engagement ends?

Every build has a documented handoff: code in your repos, infra as code in your account, runbooks, on-call rotation transition, knowledge transfer sessions with your platform team.

Can you work alongside our existing platform / data / security team?

That's the default mode. We embed with your platform, data, and security teams — using your sprint cadence, your standups, your tools. We're additive engineering capacity, not a parallel org.

We want to start small. What's the smallest commitment?

An AI Audit. Two to four weeks, fixed scope, fixed price. You walk away with a prioritized roadmap whether or not we ever do another engagement.
