iPhone/iPad Developers
What we’re looking for:
- Shipped apps in the store are fabulous, and a willingness to learn and a dedication to doing things right is critical
Detailed description:
- Objective-C and XCode
- well rounded knowledge of UIKit development
- proficient with iOS’s memory management
- utilize web services and parse the results for use by the application
- persist data using plists, Core Data, and/or SQLite
- use background operations or threads where appropriate to keep UI responsive
- familiarity with iOS 4 onward
- able to produce ad-hoc builds for testing
- familiar with the app submission process
- familiar with Developer’s License and Human Interface Guide
- Excellent design sense and willingness to make things look beautiful in the UI
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Android Developers
What we’re looking for:
- The ideal candidate is a seasoned Android developer with several released apps. You have a firm grounding in Java and have mastered the intricacies of the Android platform and designing great user experiences for all the various Android devices.
Here’s the details:
- Plenty of Android experience and have built Android applications and/or games
- Understanding of asynchronous client/server interfacing, solid grasp of algorithms, memory management
- Expert knowledge of Android API’s, including SQLite, Network I/O and JSON/XML parsing
- Excellent design sense and willingness to make things look beautiful in the UI
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Thorough understanding the Android activity lifecycle
- Data storage techniques including Shared Preferences and Content Providers
- Familiar with publishing apps on Google Play
